See photos: Golden Knight’s William Karlsson welcomes baby boy with wife Emily

Las Vegas (KSNV) — The Golden Knights are adding a tiny new member to their hockey family.

On Friday, head coach Bruce Cassidy announced that forward William Karlsson and his wife, former ‘The Bachelor’ contestant Emily Ferguson, welcomed their baby boy Thursday night.

Karlsson was at practice Friday morning but left early “to let him get some rest,” but stated that he would play in game five against the Edmonton Oilers.

The couple made the announcement back in November after tying the knot last summer in Las Vegas.

Puck drop for tonight’s game at T-Mobile Arena is slated for 7 pm.
